Terrible service！I waited for the express at home all day,but nobody called me, and I didn't hear anyone knock the door(I was definitely sure that there was no problem with my phone or signal) when I checked online, it showed me delivery exception customer not available. They just stuck a door tag in my door!
I had to ship a package. Asked for a see through pouch for the label that I brought in. The guy at the desk didn't wear any mask BTW, was cursing and very irate. Gave me the pouch. I asked him how to put it on since I never had to do it. He laughed at me and told me that I looked smarter than this and continued chatting to someone else in the back. I asked him to help with putting it on; he made a huge fuss over it, started cursing and pulled the package through the window to show how difficult it was for him to do it and said that next time I should learn how to it myself. I have never seen anyone being so rude and so unprofessional. I left pretty shocked instead I should have asked the guy for his name. How can any business keep people like that employed is beyond me!
During just 1 week from Nov 10 to Nov 17 (today) 1 package was lost \\, 1 package was damaged and the third package was scheduled for delivery today - never arrived and I never received an update text massage. I assume they lost it as well. All light weight packages I'm scheduling to be delivered to my friend in Manhattan and I never have any problem with Manhattan local Fedex. Looks like management of the Brooklyn facility needs to be replaced with more professional staff. If my third package won't arrive on Thursday I'll follow up with my next review.
Although I wasn't prepared the gentleman was just that.... a true gentleman!!! Worked with me even after they've closed and had some kind of patience!! Great person
