PS: I did my home work and got a few quotes only to find out that, I wasted my time.. Outstanding dealership with highly professional staff. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent customer service. My husband and I were traveling with our fifth wheel when we hit some debris in the road. We were unaware that this debris would total our truck and we would be in need of a new one. Tipotex Chevrolet staff went to work for us to assess the damage on our truck, help us with insurance adjusters and find us a new truck. Within hours we had a plan and we were making preparations for continuing our adventure. They also allowed us to store our 5th Wheel RV at the dealership while everything was being arranged. A very difficult situation evolved into an exceptional experience. We are beyond grateful to Joe, Gonzo, Scott and so MANY others at the dealership!! You can see from my other reviews that I'm pretty hard on most dealerships as I have had very few positive experiences and don't appreciate the methods most use. That being said, my experience with Tipotex was one of the easiest car purchases I've ever made (I've made a lot!) and that's including the fact that I live 1200 miles away! Jesse and Joe were extremely easy to work with, very responsive, and made sure that I was accommodated throughout the whole process and gave me a fantastic deal on the car I wanted. The fees were much more reasonable than other dealers also. I would be more than willing to make the flight and 1200 mile drive back home to do business with these guys again rather than deal with the games, nonsense, excessive fees, and all around BS that you get with other dealerships. I also have to add that it's pretty awesome that the gas stations in Texas sell cowboy boots.
