Thank you so much for a welcoming and more than accommodating stay! Bob and Denise have done an amazing job restoring this beautiful, historical home, and sharing it with their guests is an honor. Everything is cleaned and prepared with precision, making you feel right at home.. nothing more to ask for! Breakfast was fantastic and planned just for our family's desires. We definitely look forward to future visits.. highly recommend! And...meeting Booker was a nice bonus! :) May the future of your dreams be blessed!

What a special place this is! The hosts (Denise and Bob) are very special people and extremely welcoming to their guests. They were invaluable in providing local knowledge and recommendations that made our stay even better. The rooms are great, well appointed and very comfortable. We felt very comfortable and relaxed while in the house and all of the details were well thought out. I doubt there is anything that travelers could need or want that is not available to make you time here most gratifying. The food was very good and very nicely presented. We highly recommend a stay here and enjoy a great house and of the history therein!
Amazing!!! My wife and I stayed at the Milton Parker Home this weekend. If you are looking for a couples get away or time with family...this is perfect! This B&B goes way beyond great food and excellent service. It is an experience. Bob and Denise created something special when restoring this 200 year old Victorian home and separate cottage. They want to share it with all guests who take interests. Their attention to detail and passion for life showed in all interactions. We chose a full vegetarian breakfast and were met with multiple entrees and flavors. This is extremely rare (even for established resorts and restaurants). The food was excellent. The only negative...my wife now wants to live there. Cleanliness is top of mind during this time. It was a very safe environment as well. You'll have to see it for yourself! This is by far the best Best & Breakfast in the area! Denise and Bob were so accommodating and sweet! The breakfast was beyond amazing!!! It was clean and decorated nicely. Close to local shops and restaurants. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay at a B&B in the area. Will be back again!
I had the pleasure of spending two nights at The Milton Parker Home B&B. Denise and Bob are lovely, accommodating hosts providing snacks and beverages in the evening and superb advice about the best local restaurants for meals. My room, “Winnie”, was quiet and spacious and the bed was simply delicious with soft sheets, plenty of blankets and comfortable pillows. I slept well, and I typically don’t sleep well when I travel. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and secure. The bathroom was similarly well appointed, with plenty of towels and a soft robe. Breakfast deserves a separate paragraph. Denise listened to my preferences (that I shared when making my reservation) and prepared lovely meals that fortified me for my busy days of meetings. They also have a wide variety of loose leaf tea, which is a treat. The Milton Parker is close to downtown Bryan, an easy walk to explore the stores/restaurants to support local businesses. College Station is a quick drive down the road. I can’t wait to return!!
Denise and Bob are the ultimate in B&B at its finest! Best stay ever. We’ve been back 4 times and this will always be our top choice when visiting Aggieland. It’s not just the exquisite facility and charm of the restored 1885 mansion, it’s the kindness and care and well, really, love, that exudes from their faith and family centered hearts. You’ll never be treated better. And the breakfasts and bedrooms and beds are the best in luxury travel, at an affordable and fair price. Do it! You won’t regret. Ken and Kerry
This is an amazing property and Denise and Bob pour their heart and soul into it. The best part is that they put top of the line mattresses in each room so even though you are getting a fully historical B&B experience, you won’t feel like you are sleeping on a historical bed. \u003cbr/\u003eThe food is amazing and coffee in a rocking chair on the front porch is just the best.
Gorgeous historical mansion beautifully refurbished and well maintained by a wonderful couple. They are superb hosts and go out of their way to make your stay fantastic! It’s a great place for a gathering of friends or family for a few days, and the breakfasts are superb! The best B&B we have ever visited by far!
