My husband and son went to rent boots for a weekend trip. My husband called earlier in the week the gentleman was very nice said come on on Wednesday or Thursday. Tonight they went in and said the people working there were so rude and not willing to help. They would not adjust the bindings to the boots, which only takes a few minutes. After reading all the negative reviews about this store snd the rude people I think it’s time to find different employees. No need to be rude, it’s your job. Be lucky you have one. Some people would be grateful and pleasant. Customer service is everything! This store doesn’t have it. GO SOME PLACE ELSE!! We have many friends and family that ski and own their equipment all will be going elsewhere for further purchases.

Went in today to get kids fitted out for seasonal rentals. Chris helped us out. He was great with the kids. Patient, knowledgeable and very upbeat. Had great ideas for places to ski also. I really am grateful for how easy he made the process

I’ve never posted a 1-star review in my life, but I’ve also never been treated so rudely while looking to spend money. We’re all just trying to have some fun in the snow! I guess my questions were annoying because they hung up on me. It must be nice to be so busy that you don’t need to treat potential customers with respect.
