I've lived here for about a year and a half, and in my opinion, this place is not worth it. Maybe I'm being naive, but there are too many problems for a brand new building. My heating/cooling system has broken 4 or 5 times since I've been here. When my AC broke in August, it took over 3 weeks and me following up several times before it was fixed. When it's windy out, if I stand in the corner of my apartment I can feel the wind from outside due to poor installation of the heating/cooling system. There is a gap around the edge of where it connects to the wall. As a result of this I end up paying more in hearting and cooling costs. I put in a preventative maintenance request 5 months ago saying that my ceiling was wet after a night of hard rain. My intention was to let them know so they could address the issue before it became a bigger issue. Someone from the front desk eventually called me about it, asking if it was still an issue. I told her it wasn't an issue currently, but I was trying to prevent a future issue. She then hung up and closed out my maintenance request after seeming confused. Fast forward 5 months, my ceiling has been leaking in multiple spots for over 2 days. The only thing I like is that the walls must be super thick, since I almost never hear any of my neighbors.

I love the staff at 11 cooper! Great amenities & service! Been here for two years now! It’s a great place to learn some independence for the younger generation like myself! If anyone is looking for an apartment in the Camden waterfront area, I highly recommend living at 11 cooper!

I have enjoyed my stay at 11 Cooper since March 2020. Despite Covid the staff seems to be running strong. Tim and Violet are very friendly and the manager is really helpful. I have only had to contact maintenance once since March and the technician was a true gentleman. I encourage anyone interested to check out 11 Cooper. It has been a positive experience for me so far.

The experience at 11 Cooper was exceptional. From the beginning when I entered the building & Kelsey introduced herself very pleasantly and professionally. To the tour that Violet provided. The tour was very in depth & covered every inch of the building. The experience was definitely top notch & left me feeling confident in leasing.
