I was having problems with my 2011 Lincoln MKS not recognising the key. It would not unlock the door when I tried but I finally got in. When I started the vehicle, it started but stated it did not detect key. I drove to Jim Golden where a very nice young man assisted me with the problem of getting a new battery. He and the man with the batteries were so helpful with getting me on my way. \Big \THANK THEM\ for their help!

I never leave reviews, but I wanted to make sure I left one after recently buying a car from Jim Golden Ford. I worked with Casey King on purchasing a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz GLE43. From the beginning Casey was amazing! I told him I was from the DC area and this entire transaction would be done without visiting the dealership. He made it easier than I could have ever imagined. Casey is extremely honest, professional, and courteous. He sent over pictures of every part of the car, even the few minor scratches the car had. He was completely open and forthcoming with everything regarding the car and transaction details. He even worked with me on getting the car shipped up to the DC area. Can’t recommend Casey enough and I hope I have the opportunity to purchase another car from him again! Jim Golden Ford did a fantastic job on getting this deal done smoothly and quickly!
