Everyone was truly wonderful. They were kind and patient. Brittany originally helped us when we walked in the door and Kathy ended up helping us finish the sale. Brittany was great in helping us square away all the numbers and answering all my questions. Kathy was very generous in making herself available to help even after the paperwork/ sale was complete. Kathy genuinely wanted to make sure we knew how to operate all the extra features in our new vehicle. She made sure I left knowing she was available to help with any questions I may end up having once I got home. She has even sent a couple text messages checking up on us. I really appreciate customer service like that. Everyone that helped us was incredible. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting- a lot of smiles. I can't tell you how refreshing it was, especially during Covid where going out is stressful.

Wonderful service, we returned there after my father in laws great experience buying a car with Chris. Daniel and Johna helped us with every aspect of buying and financing. Brian was simply amazing! I have yet until now, received a text message from a service center letting us know when the vehicle was going in, during, and completed for service. As the vehicle was being serviced, I asked several questions and received promptness from Brian with the answers. You tell me, how many service centers perform this well?
My Husband and I had an amazing experience at Leith Nissan. Steve our salesman was really great. We got the car we wanted at what we feel was a fair price.
