So I just wanted to get rid of my car as quickly as possible, but I was very intimidated by the process. Eli is straight forward and very professional, but personable. My transaction was possibly more involved than the usually because we had to transition the car from the service center to Eli and he was involved in working with the center for the transition - it was like he was my agent. I would do business with him again.
