Some people live to complain. I have been shopping at E.D. Luce for 30 years. Johnny will find special bottle for me to use in my business. The office staff is premium. They are always ready to help even though the Covid 19 pandemic. They are all hard working people. E.D. Luce is a small company with a \can do\ attitude. I can NOT recommend a company any higher then this one for all of your packaging needs. So if you are really in business and you want a company that is 100% about making a their costumers happy, this is your place. Be nice to them, because they always try to assist to the fullest.

I had high hopes for this company because my first order came quickly. However, their customer service was really bad for the second order. They sold me items knowing they were faulty and when I called to exchange them within the two weeks time frame they said they had to speak to their supervisor and never called me back. I also tried to communicate with them through email. Still, no response. I feel like I was scammed. They sold me bad items and lied to me over the phone about helping me return. No integrity and did not value me as a customer. I will never shop with them again. And I hope others are not treated this way. Im in the beginning stages of starting a new business and being scammed by the first whole saler I decided to work with is so discouraging, but it is a lesson learned.

I placed an order Friday night, called Monday morning to cancel it. The woman explained to be that it had already been shipped (tracking stated it had only a label printed), I asked her how I would go about returning the item & she states the company doesn’t have a return policy. It would be nice to update the website where you have customers referencing because it states: “All returns must be made within the first 2 weeks of receiving your order. There is a 20% restocking fee if you change your mind and return your order. If we pack and/or ship your order and somehow you do not receive it or refuse it, handling or shipping charges will still apply. Please order carefully.” There is a return policy. Bad customer service. Will not order again.
