The itself is good, most of the time has what you're looking for. Ample parking spaces. However website shows incorrect isles and bays. It could be a simple error, but there's that.

We just bought our new gas range from Lowe's. It was a much better buying experience than Home Depot. The employees are also way more helpful than Depot. I will go here exclusively moving forward.

Normally Lowes is not a bad experience but today I can't say that. The website showed there were 7 of a particular item, there were 0. At checkout the machine was malfunctioning and after the 3rd attempt of the chip reader, unbeknownst to me (I've never experienced this) it triggered a fraud alert ony card and blocked it. The cashier was not helping matters either. Impossible to hear her or read her lips. They are behind plexiglass and had a mask on and english was not her first language. I would like to suggest a clear face shield or mask for the hearing impaired.

Staff isn't as helpful as in homedepot. Even if you're caught by a staff staring away into things and outwardly mumbling to yourself, all they do is turn about and walk away immediately so that they won't be bombarded with questions or requests to help. One time I was having a tough fight with a 5foot ladder trying to yank it off the store hook and 2 of their staff just went about minding their business when this was their business. So not a big fan of this place. Won't recommend for newbies but for ppl already in the know how of things and don't need much help finding their way..yes its much cheaper compared to Amazon for some brands.

Check our how they gave me my pick up order... boxes opened, had foot prints, and dropped on the cart in a pile falling off like no one cared. The employees were nice though and they have a good selection. Maybe this was a one off incident?
