The Baydo's service team offers personalized and attentive service for my Roadtrek camping van, and has for 5 years! Living 35 miles from Chehalis, it is well worth my time to rely on Baydo's for ALL my camper's needs. Baydo's repair and equipment installation prices are more than reasonable, and their annual winterizing service and cost is the best you will find. I love Baydo's!

Jim and Ron were both great to work with. Went looking for a tent trailer and ended up with a travel trailer. It is absolutely adorable. Troy walked me thru everything. Even though it too quite a while to get the wiring on my car fixed, Jim made sure I stayed cool and hydrated on a 94 degree day. I'm excited to go camping in my little mini-trailer. Just enough room for me and my German Shepherd.

Have been pleased with parts department; but, recently took RV furnace in for diagnostics and repairs. Called me with quote after diagnostics and when I picked it up; it was 65 more. No difference in parts or labor time. Apparently, service miscalculated. They didn’t give me their labor rate, for me to know. They wouldn’t honor quote and service couldn’t believe I was upset over “only” 65. Took it home and installed it. It ran once! Now have to take it back out and repair it!!! Awaiting “owner’s call” because manager wouldn’t do anything and wanted to send me back to service. Can’t trust them. Get a written estimate, it would be worth the gas to go back in. No phone calls!
