I had a PRK procedure on both eyes in November 2018 by Dr. Basti and coordinated by Bridget. Both of them, along with all of the technicians that worked with me, were extremely pleasant to work with and made me feel at ease. The procedure went exactly as planned and one year later I still have better than 20/20 vision in both eyes, and no issues whatsoever at night whether driving or not. I highly recommend Dr. Basti and the team at Northwestern for their LASIK expertise!
Dr. Feder and his staff were completely professional. From my first consultation, PRK procedure and follow up appointments, I felt educated about the entire process, what to expect and the outcome.
