Maintenance and customer service have been super. Karl and his whole service team are fantastic. They respond immediately and they know how to fix things right the first time. Very skilled, professional and friendly. The front office staff, Brenda, Lynette and Candace are also very friendly and helpful, and greet me by name with a smile.

So far it has been great, I have been here for only 5days . But I am enjoying the peace and quiet, the neighbors, and the staff. People are very friendly and supportive. The view from my apartment is great. I have a few things to get fix but nothing major. I am really looking forward to taking photos of area and posting them!

Terrible place to live, this has got to be the 7th time water has been shut off to do repairs. Their estimates are way off from what time they said the water was going to be turned back on. Thats just one of the issues here, they have bugs, mice, loud neighbors that pay music all day from 3PM to 6AM, individuals that smoke weed where its covers the hallways, cars with wheels stolen and left on blocks, they send you to court if your late by 1 day with no prior warnings, washing machines are half bad on all levels, and packages are stolen every time I've ship it here. It has been the worst experience living here. Don't let the outside fool you, at night it's dangerous too. Back door is always left unlocked. Terrible.....

Parts in my refrigerator were broken and there was a leak from the freezer. I put a work order in and maintenance responded the next day. Eric (the gentleman from maintenance) was able to install new parts and de-ice the freezer to fix the leak. I would also like to add that after showing him the problem, I was able to sit back worry free while he took out our food and fixed everything and then placed everything back in it's place! And it was a fast job too. He was done within an hour. I'm so impressed with the response time and their ability to always have a fix action that actually solves problems. I'm so happy.

Columbia pointe is a cool place to live. Friendly and chill residents, clean and homey apartments. Management is effective and nice. Specifically, Brenda in the leasing office is wonderful. It's clear she cares about her residents, and is ALWAYS a smiling face when I walk in and out of the building. 10/10 Would recommend to a friend
