Probably the best experience in my life with purchasing a vehicle (and I shopped around to many dealers before them for a Silverado). Had a wonderful experience. The process was stress free and pleasant. Customer service was honestly top notch. Very respectful, professional and showed much gratitude towards me being a Veteran and First Responder, which truthfully meant a lot. Were very thorough and knowledgeable. Joyce was amazing from the start, from greeting me at the door to the end of the sale. She was great to work with. Dennis was awesome as well, very professional and truly cared about finding what I wanted and negotiating a fair deal for both sides. From start to finish this was a great experience. Really appreciate you guys, definitely have my business moving forward in the future and will recommend to anyone interested in Chevy vehicles.

I had a fantastic experience with the salesperson, Jeff Parent, and his sales manager, Dennis Millman. The process was so smooth and they were able to get me exactly what I wanted but thought I could never afford. It meant a lot to me after having to buy a car unexpectedly after I was rear-ended in January and my 2020 SUV was totaled. I never wanted to have to buy a new car in the first place, but Jeff and Dennis made it so painless and easy!

Rock the Baby

Good. I made an appointment online this time and was very easy. Usually I just drive up and wait. I definitely prefer having an appointment. The text and email alerts to remind me of my appointment directed me to go to the HONDA dealership not CHEVY. My appointment should have been at CHEVY. I would also like an automatic car wash run through each time I visit. The first time I went there for an oil change, they asked if I wanted a car wash and I said yes. I haven't received one since.
