My experience at the consulate has always been great. The consulate provides excellent expedited service. You have to pay attention to all steps in the detailed instructions at the website, but once you do, your visit to the consulate will be a breeze.

Very very happy with their service. I have been trying to renew my brazilian passport in Miami bas been 6 months, but I was never able to because of their terrible costumer service, I was very frustrated. so I contacted The consulate of Brazil in Atlanta and they answered my e-mails right away and were able to help me and guide me step by step. I got my passport renewed in 5 days!!! I am so so glad!! You guys are the best. Thanks for saving my life

My mom is undergoing chemotherapy in Brazil and that s the answer I get from my own embassy: EMERGENCY ONLY FOR DEATH, Domestic abuse or jail. My mom is sick and needs me. That’s not an emergency for them , but it it to me. This country is lazy even you’re far away from it. Do they have mothers ?

Well, I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the fast service. Sent my son’s documents by mail for a passport renewal and received everything back in less than a week. Brazil, here we go! Very good passport renewal service

Review is long over due. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would, not just because of the professionalism of the staff and even workers outside. Everyone is Friendly and very helpful. I don't even live in atlanta let alone know the area. The fact that im from Florida and the amazing help and customer service that Mrs. Claudate ( sorry if i misspelled it) she was really sweet, very helpful and quick. During this pandemic specially with everything going on it was such a breeze getting what I needed done. The last review was 2 years ago. I Dont understand why they dont have 5 stars, maybe new management, but regardless of what it was it was really smooth and easy. I highly recommend it better than driving to Miami. By the way. They speak both Portuguese and English so which ever your most comfortable with is the best for them. My experience there was a 10 star. Thanks again for all the help Andre G
