The consulate general of peru was a good experience, except the older lady that walks u up and down the building needs to have better people manners. I try to ask a question and she keep interrupting me \ not cool.\ Need someone that can handle the pressure on the customers. Thank u and hope that it gets better on my next experience.

Review incoming. We went there from Jax for our daughters passport. They took the photos on their computer/camera in their own office. Now they just called and stated they needed to take another photo. They actually think it is reasonable to expect someone to drive 10 hours Round Trip to have another photo taken by them. Digital photos could be sent and we are going to escalate this. Total nonsense to have someone come back for their error in a digital photo. The year is 2020.

What a great experience to do any kind of paperwork from passport to ID in the Consulate General of Peru . it took me less than 15 minutes to get a passaport and ID. Staff are extremely impressive ; polite, well organized, fast, very well informed and ready to help with a great smile. Tip : services are paid in cash and consulate is in the 4th floor. Btw when i called them for info; they answer me right away with very friendly manner.

It was quick and efficient, but the customer service could be better. Not everyone, but some of the staff talks to you with attitude, one of them literally rolled their eyes at me.
