I have been searching for a while for my next SUV and going back and forth on what size I really wanted. I came in and was pleasantly surprised in the quality of Kia. I test drove a 2021 Sorento and enjoyed it immensely. Then found they had the top line green one for sale and that clinched it for me. Travis was awesome to work with, very cognizant of time and responded promptly and accurately to our questions. It's not the most beautiful of showrooms, but we were able to get all the info we needed easily. Finance took a bit as there was only the Manager there that night so we had to wait for him to be free, but was easy once in his office. Overall a great experience and I got the vehicle I wanted.
