I'm totally satisfied with the stellar service I was provided from both John and Joe at Country Club Motors. Because of them, I am now driving the nicest car I have owned in my 20 years of driving! John personally helped me find the best car on their lot for myself and my family. He actually encouraged me to try as many cars as I needed before I was absolutely positive the one I chose was THE car for us, offering to put the dealer plate on in the freezing cold as often as I needed. Joe worked under the hood making sure that when I drove away, I was in something safe and reliable for the upcoming winter months. Together, I am confident these brothers had my best interest in mind when making such big decision for my family. I highly suggest stopping by Country Club motors and working with both John and Joe to find the right car for you and your needs - everything about my experience was exemplar!

My wife and I have both bought great cars recently and in the past from John and Joe. We were beyond amazed at the service and attentiveness towards us. We are extremely satisfied with the cars we’ve bought from here!
Very pleasant to deal with no high pressure salesmen tactics
I had been to over 6 dealerships (all big name) prior to heading over to Country Club Motors. I was upside down on my vehicle and was having a hard time finding a dealer to work with me and value my trade for what is was worth. Once I pulled into CCM, I was greeted by Joe, the mechanic of the shop. He looked over my truck and immediately told me a couple things he could hear wrong with it, which I knew to be correct. He then immediately threw me a trade value, which was a fair offer. He showed me a vehicle on the lot that I was interested in and went over the work he personally had put into the vehicle. Additionally, this dealership had the Carfax report uploaded to their site for me to look at ahead of my trip. After my independent test drive, I met John, and found out he and Joe are brothers and have been running their family business since 1986. John was willing to work with me and then some to help me get into this vehicle. Both gentlemen were kind and helpful and provided me ample time while holding the vehicle for me. I am also comforted knowing that if anything is to go wrong with my purchase, that they back their product. I am disappointed to read some of the other reviews and I am happy to come back and update everyone on my purchase in a few months. These guys are great and they run a business that places value on the customer and NOT the DOLLAR! Good old fashion family business and service. I HIGHLY recommend them!
I purchased a car from them recently a did have a issue shortly afterwards however they repaired the car in same day. They treated me fairly and we love the car, so i have no complaints about them or their business and would purchase another in the future.
I bought a car here recently. It had low mileage, was a good make and model, and was fairly inexpensive. For the first month, it ran fine, however, then the check engine light came on and there were significant problems. The dealer fixed it as the car was under warranty but refused to fix all of the things that an outside agency told us was necessary. We thought that would be the end of it and the car was running well after that. Another few months passed and the car began making noises as I turned, when I turned the car on, and when I braked. We took it to an auto shop and were given an estimate for 3500 to fix everything that was wrong with the car. The auto shop explained that there were so many parts of the car that had not been taken care of properly and were fixed incorrectly that most aspects of the car needed to be repaired. Along with this, the whole rear undercarriage of the car was rusting out, the brake lines were almost completely shot, etc. The auto shop told us that the repairs would be way more than the car was worth and that this kind of damage does not occur in less than six months (the span of time we had owned the car). I will never buy from them again and urge everyone else to look for a car at a reputable dealer.
I would call this a bait and switch situation, the good brother, and the evil brother. I've had some bad car buying experiences but this one was by far the worst. i was looking at a honda pilot. the (good brother) owner had to jump it for me to drive it because the battery was dead. Batteries drain so it wasn't too worried, but then i took a test drive. i literally took 4 rights. Upon starting the car there was a loud knocking sound at the rear of the vehicle, it drove rough and the breaks were so bald that it barely came to a stop and only then by putting my foot to the floor. i was genuinely afraid that i would get in an accident during my 4 block test-drive. i brought it back and parked it, still running, (because it had just been jumped and needed time to charge) at their garage bay doors at the request of the good brother who said i should tell his (evil) brother about anything wrong with the car. i informed the evil brother about the rough ride, knocking and clearly bald breaks. he looked me in the eye and said that he wasn't going to take MY word for it. then he said i should call and make an appt to take it to my mechanic and he would go with whatever the mechanic said. He wove a condecending tale about why the car drove rough and the breaks didn't work. He assumed that because I am a woman that i not only had no idea what i was talking about but that he could order me to do as he wished. he was clearly trying to bully me into buying the lemon of a car. the way that he talked down to me and then tried to order me to have their car looked at by my mechanic left me fuming.
buyer beware, have the vehicle inspected before purchasing, they did begrudgingly repair the issues the vehicle i purchased had as i made sure it was done before 30 day warranty expired, but it should not have been on the lot in that condition!!
