I do not trust this Bank and regret giving them my information. I applied for a business savings account with my EIN and they gave me a hard inquiry for a mortgage on my personal credit report. I did not authorize a credit inquiry. Also, I have been getting nonstop spam calls and emails ever since.

This bank is a rip off, I just had my savings account cleaned out AGAIN!!! I just got charged 33 dollars on top of a 9.99 charge for you tube of all things, then they charged me 33 dollars on top of a 19.99 charge for Planet Fitness!! The money for both charges was already in my savings account, so they cleaned out my savings completely. I have asked repeatedly for the bank to decline any charge there was no money for, and since my checking account and savings account \have to be linked\ they just helped themselves to my money for absolutely nothing!!! SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! DO NOT BANK HERE!!!
I have been with this credit union since 1986! Other than having a higher interest rate on my credit card, I don’t have too many complaints! Customer service is hit or miss! Some folks are very friendly; some act like you have interrupted something more important or they take their sweet time helping you! This is particularly true at the drive-thru! They have replaced numerous debit cards for me without any problem. Once I was hacked and they worked diligently and quickly to restore my account.
