I have been a member of this bank for 36 years, and go to get a notary and medaion stamp to close my mother's estate and get the run around from the bank manager who used an inexperienced person running back and forth telling me they need documents that don't exist. I use to be a fan of this bank, but like all things they too have become too big to take care of their customers. I will be looking for a new bank. Unprofessional
