Joan and Pierre Louis are some of the most lovely people you will ever meet. The cheese is unbelievable. If you have a chance to stay on the farm it will be such a memorable experience. The cheese making courses are well worth it

Picked up a combo of sheep/goat cheese layered with black and green olive tapenade at the Post street farmer's market in Spokane WA, then had with some thin crackers and Deschutes Neon Daydream Hazy Ale and I have literally died and gone to heaven. I have traveled all over France and am delighted to have this wonderful opportunity in this locale. Originally from the San Francisco Bay area, I haven't experienced cheese as authentic as this. It is a bit pricey, but considering that the product is made from their own goats and sheep and made by hand, it is well worth it. I will be back to by more Monteillet cheese soon!
Incredible goat cheeses that are loving hand crafted by artisans. Great space, great people, beautiful pastoral setting. If you can get your hands on some of their cheese, don't pass it up!
Best experience. Joan and Pierre Louis are phenomenal cheese instructors, who care about their students, farm, the environment and their animals. My experience was one of knowledge, sheer joy and excitement. For the love of cheese, simply delicious.
Awesome cheese, fabulous experience.
