Great services but below average customer service. I don't understand why representatives have to talk you with an attitude as if I'm bothering them for coming in to pay on a loan..Not professional

Went in to open account because I needed a bank card to get a rental to attend my Granny’s funeral...(very emotional I was) however the workers were very professional and very helpful she even gave me a huge hug...which I really needed!!! Nice clean very organized professional bank I’ve ever been to. I also loved the fact that it’s very private no other customers looking over your shoulder or hearing all your business 8 thumbs up for that!!!
