I reached out to Defy to help me resolve some issues that I am experiencing. The intake person, Kathleen, is extremely nice, quick to respond to questions, and very helpful. I had a consult with a nurse practitioner last Wednesday and she detailed a plan to help me feel better. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately the meds that she prescribed (and that I ordered) have yet to be shipped and I am a bit bummed about the length of time it is taking for the order to move from \processing\ to shipped. As things stand right now the jury is still out on how to rate Defy so I will mark this as 4 stars simply because of my experiences with Kathleen and Jenelle but if shipping takes too much longer I may revisit this review.

Been with Defy for about a year now and I have to say they've been phenomenal. Every staff member I've talked to or emailed has been very nice and prompt. Dr. Saya has been fantastic. This team has consistently given me peace of mind and treated me very well. Every penny has been well spent. I wish I would've started with them sooner

Told them about awful side effects I had after forcing me to pay obscene shipping rates for a shipment that took 10 days to get they sent me the completely wrong package. There are plenty of alternative options in the Tampa Bay Area don’t use these guys they’re awful, and over priced.
