This place is a total joke. We booked through Resort Pass for a day use. We were told our first treatments would start at 1030am, so we arrived at 10am to get a lay of the land and ensure we signed any necessary waivers. No one was on site upon arrival. Finally we found someone who did not speak English well, so she placed me on the phone with a random staff member. I was told by the staff member that I was wrong to arrive early and that they would not be ready for my group. I said usually spas want you to arrive 15 mins early and continued to get scolded for our 30 min early arrival. No one showed us the property. We were all confused what to do. The pictures online do not remotely match the website. And it was very apparent the staff member who was supposed to perform Reiki on me was not certified nor trained. Totally ruined my bachelorette party and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
