My family and I contacted Johnny over the phone regarding the only 2022 MDX they had on the lot. From my first call to my final signature the entire staff were amazing! They were up front, not pushy and held the car so we could drive up from Southern Oregon. Johnny was amazing! Courteous and knowledgeable he made the entire process enjoyable (as buying a fun car should be) ! I really appreciate the manager and finance manager who all made the transaction seamless and easy. Worked with Lucas after submitting a quote request online. The facility is nice with COVID precautions in place, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The price was a little over 1k less than quoted by another dealer, so felt positive about the entire experience.
