We are previously Owners of Acura. My husband called and arranged to meet with the amazing Dilip Patel. We went in thinking that we where just going to look since I was so unsure what I really wanted. We knew that leasing was what I was going to do. We were greeted by Dilip Patel immediately. He was friendly, courteous, professional, he listened to what We wanted, and worked hard to get me what I wanted. We closed the deal without any problems. The service at the dealership was great experience and we are Happy Customers!!
Acura of Dallas is the place to go. I bought a new car, 2014 - Acura , I walk out its working fine. I get home and in the morning my car doesn't want to start so I have to catch an Uber to work with a new car in the driveway. Do not buy your car from here they are not professional and if you do decide to stop here make sure you have 7 hours average to spare. Horrible service They are very rude, they are inconsiderate of your time. They do not go out of there way for you. They just make you feel like your a number. They care about the money they are making and that is it, everything else is on you after that. Also if you make the mistake I did and purchase your vehicle from here I highly recommend you take it elsewhere to get it inspected because they tell you they did it all. But they sure didn't. Now I have to come out of pocket some more. LIARS! I can not emphasize enough.
Went to Mac Churchill to purchase my wife a vehicle with three rows! We didn't really know what we wanted or where to begin. Michael Nguyen was our salesman and he was the absolute best. David Johnson was AMAZING!!! I saw a vehicle I wanted online and he quickly responded to tell me it was. He shot me a text and asked if I wanted to drop by and look at it. When I decided I wanted to I let him know what time I would be coming and be told me the car would be waiting. I ended being a little late but when I pulled up the car was waiting! He was finishing up with another customer so I only waited 10-15 minutes. He was very personable and not very pushy which made the experience even better!! I felt like he got to know me and he really listened to what I wanted! He helped to make sure I got as close to what I wanted as possible. I started the application that same day and went and signed paperwork and drove off the lot next! If you go here I recommend asking for him. He made my first time car experience easy and I don't feel like I got a bad deal!! Thank you David!!!
