Because of Covid there was no contact. I did call the office to ask the price of the home I was touring. I liked that on Sat you could still tour all the homes without an appointment.

I went everywhere Looking for a new home after hurricane Florence. Down East is the best place for the best price that I receive. I got in my home 3 days before Dorian hit us and my new home stood up to it. I would like to thank you for your time and patience. The staff is great and I recommend this place to any And everybody. They all r great people and they go above and beyond to help u and they tell u each and every detail possible... They did everything possible to hurry and get me n my new home cause they new how hard and how long I have been trying to get a new home and they did a tremendous job and if I had to do it again they would be the first ones I go to again!!!! I dealt with Mr. Mike T at the beulaville location they all r great people to deal with and amazing!!!
