Nicole made scheduling so easy. I am tough to get a hold of so I left her a voicemail asking for a day and telling her that text confirmation would be great — I got a text confirming the day and drop off time I wanted that day! Communication was excellent. Tim helped me when I dropped off and I was not caffeinated so it was probably not easy for him — but he was pleasant and helpful and talked me through the list of questions that I had. I was given all the time I needed and never felt rushed. I got a text update and a call that afternoon and everyone I spoke to was great. With everything happening in the world right now this was a very stress free experience and that means a lot. Thank you all! I will be coming back.
