Horrible if I could give the rooms less than 1 star I would.

Called the 800 number to check in, the cell phone it rings to was left at the desk in the lobby. Took the clerk over 20 minutes to appear to check us in. The door latch to our room was broken off, curtains were super thin and barely covered the whole window. Smoke detector was off the wall and laying on the floor in a corner, bathroom door wouldnt shut, shower looked dirty, and the only channel the tv got was newsmax, and the remote was missing the back. Our bed was also layered onto 2 sets of bic springs instead of an actual frame. We heard dogs barking and puppies crying all night. If we weren't desperate for a bed to sleep in, we would have slept in our car instead.
UPDATE JULY 2020...SEE BELOW... Run! I posted the email and the chat screen shot from oyo hotel that clearly stated that the pool was open. I even called two times before I came down with my family that the pool was open. I was lied to 4 times. The hotel doesn't even say oyo anywhere so no one can even find this disaster they call a hotel. When we first got there we couldn't even talk to anyone since there is a sign in the lobby that says to call this office number for service. No one answered and I got a voicemail. There was no one there. Finally someone came out of one of the rooms when they saw me taking pictures of their out of service for the season pool. I'm currently trying to get a refund since this place clearly lied 4 times about their business. UPDATE they could care less about proof and that they lied to me. They refuse to give me a refund. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. UPDATE: a miracle from God? My complaint to the BBB? My endless posts on social media? Yes! Within 5 minutes of my tweet, I received a personal phone call. Long story short, to end this horror show, they made me give them my personal banking information and never transferred the money. Finally, I received a text to get it by paypal. That took another 14 business days. Was all this worth 150 refund? You BET!
So when you make a reservation here it means NOTHING! . Well less than nothing , they canceled my reservation (day of), didn't bother to tell me and charged my cc. Don't expect to understand their customer service or be able to call the hotel directly. Everything around here booked already, thanks for the night on my mom's couch
the new management is absolutely amazing. Jake and Krista are so professional and nice, and the remodeled rooms are beautiful.
The worst experience ever!!! Drove over an hour to find out they had no rooms and website information is incorrect. I should not have even been able to make a reservation. I tried calling and messaging for an hour to let them know I may be arriving a little after 11pm, but no answer. Phone service was an Indian recording that kept disconnecting me. I understand that a new group took over, but still unacceptable. I now have to drive over an hour back home because I have no place to stay at 12 midnight and I came to town for a 3 day BBQ Competition in Lake Wales!! Very unprofessional!!! Jake the manager (I think that is his name) was very apologetic and the only thing professional about the place!!!!
If I could give this zero stars I would. We had roaches in our food, bathroom, we saw like 4 of them. The shower head wouldnt go up on the wall. Pool was closed. Breakfast closed. They are renovating so maybe we got one of the rooms that werent ready. With that said .. there was 1 small towel that was dirty provided. The floors made our feet black. Dont believe the photos, false advertisement
I dont like this hotel. The room was horrible, the smell a cigarrette was to hard, the sheets and barh towels was dirty. This hotel was a bad experience.
