So the airport itself is nice, clean, and the parking lot is very accessible, HOWEVER, the staff is completely awful. They are mostly all incredibly rude and unhelpful, you can tell they do not want to be there or do their job. Most of the time they sit in the back with the door closed. This happens every single time I come. Then when I finally do get assistance they are very short and again always rude to me for no reason! It makes me want to pay extra just to fly out of Dallas from now on. This older man didn’t even have a mask on when I just asked him a simple question, but he made it seem like I was messing up his entire day. Another older woman who works there ALWAYS has a bad attitude and you can tell she doesn’t want to be there! Next time I will be getting all of their names and reporting them! again, nice airport, I would consider getting friendly more helpful staff. If it were me, they’d all be fired.

Arrived early, the plane had mechanical issues and I thought my trip was doomed. If I was unable to make my connection my trip would not of happened. The young lady Janey is absolutely the best. Very professional. She rebooted my flight and made sure my bags got on the correct flight. Thank you for all your help and saving my trip.

If I had the option to give them 0 stars I would. I arrived at the airport over 30 minutes before my flight at 5:50am and was greeted out side by an unhelpful Gregg county police officer that said I cannot go inside without checking in. He then tells me that I cannot check in online because their kiosk is closed and no ones at the counter. I then ask why a kiosk is closed at an airport and he said it’s because they are loading the plane. I argued with him for several minutes to get someone who actually works here to come out and explain to me why they cannot bored me, and of course he doesn’t do anything to help and i have no other choice than to pay another 200 for a plane ticket to fly out of DFW plus my parking fee and gas to drive there. The service here at Gregg county airport is some of the worst I’ve ever seen and will never fly out of there again.
