I recently visited The Flying Locksmiths to have a deadbolt re-keyed. The staff was really nice and was able to offer help immediately. Unfortunately when I placed the deadbolt back in the door in did not work properly. It could be my lack of knowledge on how it should be properly set so I can’t falter the Flying Locksmiths. Overall I was happy with the service and the mere fact they were willing to help. Since the lock update didn’t work, TFL did not charge me for any parts. Very good customer service. I would recommend this business for anyone with lock issues and let them come to the home and install instead of trying to do it yourself - like I did. Also, if you are lucky, you may even meet a Jedi a the Easton location.

I was extremely pleased with our experience with Joe and Jeff from The Flying Locksmiths. Their communication was responsive and efficient. They came up with a great plan for securing our home and modernizing one of our doors. And I could not be happier with the work and the results. Very professional and fairly priced. Very reliable work done by Professional Locksmiths. Installed a new sliding glass door lock. I had a small problem with it the next day & they came out to fix the problem quickly. They were also able to make copies of keys that I needed right in their van in front of my house. That's convenience! I would not hesitate to call them again for anything! Thank You

Joe was great! I had a locked, with no key, garage door, and he tried diligently to pick the lock, before suggesting the only thing that could be done was drill the old lock out. He did that, and came up with an innovative solution to prevent the door from locking again. I felt his price was well worth the effort he put in, and would use his services again should something of that nature go wrong again. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks Joe! Ron (Joe even climbed over a wall of my junk \stored\ at the back door entrance to the garage to work on the door from the inside - beyond the call of duty! Thank you for that, Joe)
