I was very satisfied with the quick response and arrival. I locked my keys in my van () and had to find someone to come do it for somewhat cheap and quickly. I called and had someone out there within twenty min. Jay was great, was easy to converse with , was friendly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently :) thank you !

Honest Review. We needed a replacement keyfob for our 2014 Dodge Durango. We had Andrew from this company come out and get it done on a Sunday. They tried 3 keyfobs with the last one finally working. Upon the finished job I noticed the actual key that sits in the keyfob would not lock into place. Andrew had to come back out and look at the key. He in turn cut a deeper channel into the actual key. This made the key loose fitting and sloppy. I paid 300 dollars for a New keyfob. I asked for a new keyfob and they said I would have to pay for it to be reprogrammed at 89 in addition to the new key. I asked how I would have to pay for something not done correctly in the first place? The answer was that's the way it is. Don't use them, they will charge the full amount with poor workmanship. Also when something they did is not right, they will make the customer pay for their mistake. Getting a hold of a manager is through email only. You cannot connect to a phone call. I will update this review as soon as they fix this issue. E. Casey Review continued- They came back out again and recut the key that fits inside the keyfob. The end result is a key that fits securely into the fob, finally! Job was fixed. The keyfob is two pieces, one side is Dodge OEM, the other side that houses the programmable chip is a cheap Chinese knock off. I paid 300 dollars for a keyfob they pay 10 bucks for then overcharge the customer. They did everything in the process to not have to give me an original OEM keyfob. The company you go through for the service is the contractor. The locksmith whom shows up to your home is a random sub contractor. So quality and the skill of the locksmith varies widely job to job. Be cautious using this service. I updated my review as asked.

Locked my keys in my car so i called for help! They said 35 minutes and he showed up in 10. Cedaric was very helpful and quick in getting me in. Very proffesional and upfront. Walked me through everything and made sure not to damage anything. Very fair pricing. Would reccomend this company if you find yourself in a bind!
