I erroneously locked myself out of my car. I was cold, hungry, and had to pee. I called emergency roadside assistance via my auto insurance. Boy was that a mistake! The person they sent had alcohol on his breath and was extremely unprofessional. He didn't have the skills or the tools necessary to help. He left after trying for all of 5 minutes and without so much a word! A friend of mine called Locksmith Express and they came to my rescue! They arrived in less than 30 minutes and it took them mere seconds to get the driver's side door open. I love, Love, LOVE them for helping me get back behind the wheel! They are awesome! They can and will help you! They even stayed to make sure my car would start and only left after I did!
