We had such a great experience at Skaggs. We ordered in July when everything was bonkers. Jeff and Alexis did wonderful keeping us informed, even with Forest River not giving them a lot to work with. It was apparent from the start that the folks at Skaggs want their customers to have a good experience. Taking delivery was no different, going above what I would consider to be normal on walkthrough and getting us hooked up. It was a very different feel than the other dealers we had contacted. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! We're first time buyers and they were honest and helpful and incredibly friendly. Nevelle, Debbie, Jeff and both of the gentlemen in the parts and services department were incredibly knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we had. We walked out and immediately said to each other that we were happy we had stopped here. We found exactly what we wanted, and we are very grateful to all of the staff that helped us through this experience and would recommend Skaggs to anyone looking for an RV.

Our RV lost electrical due to the alternator breaking down. We were recommended to call Skaggs and they jumped on the issue and tried to find one for us right away. Ultimately, we found another source, but we were so grateful for the calm, friendly attitude towards us and their willingness to help out a couple of stranded seniors!! If we come back this way, and need RV help, we'll be sure to come here. I will recommend these folks on the various RV pages on Facebook I access. Thanks again so much for your help and assurance.

Would highly recommend Skaggs, Needed help with our Jayco 31F while traveling through Kentucky. Water, dump and propane available. They went above and beyond our hope. Wish all places were this good
