I called and emailed Equitable Heating about scheduling an appointment to have a furnace tune up. They did not return my calls and the email response stated that I would have to call to make an appointment. Second phone call was during normal business hours but a message was left with their answering service. Never heard back from. Very poor service in getting them to call you back.

Had an issue with my AC not producing cold air. I called Equitable Heating & Air Conditioning and got someone on the phone right away. They were able to have a technician out to my house within a few hours and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He completed the repairs quick & efficiently and had my house cooling down in no time. The price was fair and he was honest about it upfront, it is expected as these services do not come cheap. Overall, I am very satisfied with the services and would call again if I needed to.

-He can fix it! ( I had 5 different AC companies come over to my house and try to fix my unit \they could not fix this unit\) \This guy came over & fixed it in an hour.\ -Everybody else told me they couldn't figure it out and I need to buy a new unit. (I'm using this guy from now on.) His names Jim.
