Awesome Service! Joe M. and Phil cleaned my ducts yesterday. Not only were they really thorough and helpful, but they were also very kind and I felt very comfortable having them in my home and around my children as the process took most of the day. We just bought the house and there were a few minor hiccups with getting everything up and running, they just fixed the problems as they arose, (like repairing a bad section duct), and kept moving on. I also had to replace my thermostat, and they recommended an awesome one and then installed that as well, which typically isn't part of the duct cleaning. And when all was said and done, it was the flat rate that was agreed upon before they began. They were very knowledgeable about HVAC and we will definitely come back to them next year when we have our air conditioning installed.

First time ever using High Performance Heating and Cooling to get my Furnace checked out for the Winter season. I was completely impressed by the to Technicians, Joe and Matt. Went completely above and beyond the call. Very knowledgeable guys, friendly, courteous, just a couple of real good guys. Over the years i have had the big names and over priced guys come in that did not do NEARLY what Joe and Matt did at a much more reasonable price. My Wife and i are considering a service Contract. We recently moved into a house from an apartment and moved during the spring months so we were unable to test the central AC in the house at the time of inspection. When we needed, it died of course! Made a phone call to High Performance Heating and Cooling and they were fast and arrived way before they were scheduled which was awesome. We had several visits as they weren't sure if it was just refrigerant or unit, but come to find out the unit needed to be replace. Joe Marrocco was one of the techs that assisted and explained what happened with the old unit. He was very thorough, understanding and very easy to work with. He helped with ordering a new unit and install. One of the greats in the company! So fast forward to today and we just got the new AC installed and Phil was another tech that was doing the install and he was great. Very nice and even explained everything to me, being a new homeowner i was very curious. We are very very pleased with our service and our new AC. We will be using High Performance Heating and Cooling for all our HVAC needs and will be referring to all our friends and family. Thank you again and if you do read this in your search for a HVAC company call them, you won't be disappointed!!
