The folks here went above and beyond in helping me with my shopping. Very helpful in my situation, clean store, very well organized and a huge variety of gear. Professionals from the moment I stepped foot to the moment I left. A rare breed of shop. Will definitely be making the trips out here for our biking needs.

I purchased a bike for my wife at the Snohomish store and she wanted to try a smaller size. We came to the Everett store and they were very helpful. The employees offered to trim the seat post for us, and then helped fit my wife for a new helmet, and installed a new saddle for us. All of the work was very quick and they seemed happy to help!
