Bill and Sandy at frisky Pups our hands down the most wonderful people in Fairbanks. There is nothing they will not do for you. As soon as you get there they will make sure you feel warm and welcome. You will definitely be outfitted out with the correct attire for the weather. From hats to gloves to boot s to a suit you will be warm. Not only are they professional with the animals but also so warm and kind. Every single one of their pups was so sweet. They are so full of love and energy. You will definitely see that. You can tell they love what they do and they are so excited. Bill and Sandy will give you a hand on experience and even let you give them a special treats afterwards. if you want a real Alaskan Adventure I highly suggest spending the night at their bed and breakfast and getting the full excursion. The perfect weekend getaway in Fairbanks. Thank you so much for the memories. I love you all to the moon and back and I can't wait to come back and visit.

We had a great time with Bill and his dogs! I compared his prices with other places and found his to be very reasonable and competitive. Bill was quick to respond via email when I contacted him to make a reservation. On the day of, Bill was friendly from the start when we arrived. Our rental car got stuck trying to go up the hill in the snow, so we had to park it and just walk to Bill's place. Bill helped get our car out of the ditch and was able to maneuver it and bring it back up the hill successfully! He also put us in warm clothes - jacket, pants, boots, and gloves - so that we wouldn't freeze during the sled dog ride! Then we got to watch as he prepared the dogs for the ride. The ride itself was wonderful and bumpy (not the most comfortable but it was still so fun). We had 12 dogs take us around. The scenery was beautiful. Bill was really easy to talk to as well, and just so friendly. We really enjoyed our time with him. We also never felt rushed - he genuinely sought to give us a good experience, and even spent some more time with us because there was nobody after us. After we got back, we watched him put the dogs back and feed them. We had a really delightful experience and it was totally worth the money. Look no further if you are wanting a great dog sledding experience! (They also have a B&B if you want to stay with them for a night or more!)

I like Bill and Sandy so much! They are really nice and friendly, because of them, I feel so happy and lucky in this trip. We are two couples, booked two nights living and the Dog Sled Ride, the house is really clean and comfortable to live, with the delicious homemade breakfast. So lucky that we saw the beautiful aurora from their yard. Bill lend us the tripod and have lots of patience to stay with us, and teach us how to take the good Pictures. In addition, I like to hear the story about Bill,Sandy and their dogs. So lovely!!! Extremely enjoy the dog sled ride, we have lots of good time to have fun with those cute dogs. Look how Bill feed them, how smart of the Team leader Dark and his family. Happy to see funny behaviors of dogs. After this special trip, I love dogs more than previously. Bill and Sandy prepared well on all staffs, also provide boots, pants, hats and jacket to us in case we feel cold on the ride. All experience are memorable and perfect for us. Really appreciate for all help from Bill and Sandy, hope we have opportunities to visit you guys in the future. Best wishes to this lovely family, Bill, Sandy and dogs!

Bill is the sweetest!! This is a family run tour. And that made this a wonderful experience! I was lucky to be able to get a tour the day I called since he only does 2-3 rides everyday and was only planning to do the one that day. Their home is located about 30 mins outside Fairbanks. It looked like a winter wonderland because the snow overnight hadn't been plowed. When we got there, Bill put us into the gear, explaining everything and being nice enough to answer all of our questions. We were then treated to about 26 dogs jumping and trying to smother him in excitement, as he walked through deciding which guys would ride. The actual ride was fantastic!! The dogs work very well together. It was almost like they'd hear us talking about them and perk up :) The route is beautiful and with the new snow overnight, was even more so. The lake, I have no words! You'd hardly think this is normally a lake! Pure white undisturbed snow, beautiful trees all around. You can wait for as long as you need, take pictures, and then you're off again. The ride is a little bumpy with a few where's as you climb and slide down :) loved it!! Very reasonable pricing for the experience and conversation. Definitely recommend Frisky Pups over the other dog tours if you come to Fairbanks. Will be back when I visit Alaska next!

Recommend! Was visiting Fairbanks on a work trip and Bill was able to add a sled tour to the schedule same day we called to inquire to accommodate us. Pups are super nice, musher was experienced and personable. Snow equipment/apparel available for riders. Recommended Frisky Pups to a co-worker who was traveling here the following week and she loved the night tour! (I did an afternoon tour)

Bill and Sandy were a delight. We did a two person, one hour dogsled ride and it was as fun as it was beautiful. They had all of the gear we needed to stay warm in negative temperatures, really sweet dogs, and an absolutely stunning trail through different species of trees and down to a frozen lake. Highly recommend, great people, pups, and value.

Loved the unique Alaskan experience! We were greeted warmly by the hosts, Bill and Sandy. Great to chat about the Iditarod, (both hosts had raced in!!) and the world of dog sledding. Our guide, Olaf was very knowledgeable and as we flew through the wooded trails we learned so much about mushing and the Alaskan frontier.
