My wife and I went to Adventure Subaru thinking that they were going to be a different kind of franchise dealership - by this we mean willing to negotiate with us to reach a reasonable price. However, just like 90% of similar dealerships out there they were not willing to do this, so we did what any smart consumer would do and took our business elsewhere. We were going to give 2 stars but one of the used vehicle sales managers was very helpful in sharing some good info.

We traded in our '19 Toyota 4Runner Limited for a 2021 Outback Onyx XT. The transaction was extremely smooth and we appreciated how the pricing and trade was evaluated. Our engagement with Chad Gowens was top notch. He was very knowledgeable and gave us multiple cars to test drive and we felt no sales pressure. The facility and staff is very customer focused and I thought being pet friendly was unique (pet treats available) I witnessed examples of the sales staff engaging with returning customers which gave a neighborhood feel to the dealership. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. Wonderful and stress free experience! Very courteous and efficient staff. I didn’t feel like I was pressured into anything I was not comfortable with. Unlike other dealerships I’ve been to. Didn’t feel like they were trying to rip me off and didn’t get the vibe of aggressive sales approach. I would highly recommend Darren Andrews to help with your car purchase. He went above and beyond.
