Very disappointing experience for a new car buyer. I was told I would receive 1000 off the price of my car if I financed through the dealership, which I did, however, did not receive a discount. I was told my fees would be approximately 2000-2500, however, once home and reviewed the paperwork thoroughly, realized I was actually charged almost 6000 in fees and products that were added, but skipped over during the signing and explanation of what was accepted and denied for my purchase. I asked several times what my interest rate was expected to be, but wasn't told until after a monthly payment option was agreed upon and sale was pretty much finalized. I was never told the total financed price of my purchase with the bank and only became aware after reading through my contract once home. Lesson learned, I will ask more questions and read my paperwork more carefully before signing and not rely on a representative to explain. After I was told financing would take approximately an hour, and I was there for three hours instead, I did not take the time to fully understand the agreements, so that is my fault, but I'm still disappointed. I will most likely not choose this dealership again for future purchases nor refer others.

Took my vehicle for services and requested a specific check and it was not completed. They completed other services but not what I took my vehicle in for and requested. Will not use this location again!

Took my 2004 Mitsubishi Galant to this establishment for service. Told the service representative that the SRS light was indicated; to include the airbag on the passenger side was attempting to deploy. I was charged 140.28 for a diagnostic only to be told the part was discontinued by the manufacturer, which is Mitsubishi. Asked to speak with the Manager of the service department; however, he was conducting an interview at the time. Or so I was told. To ALL consumers that own a Mitsubishi Galant and you're having problems with the airbag, do not waste your time nor money taking your vehicle to Fayetteville Mitsubishi. Instead research a local mechanic that can order a used part to repair your vehicle. As from a safety aspect, Mitsubishi has seriously dropped the ball. Mrs. Hopkins
