I sent in plans to print as i have done for years, i received a call from Joel 30 minutes after i sent them in that they were completed, i said i would be right over, he advised that if i want to pick them up now i would need to pay a rush fee but if i wait until tomorrow I would not have to pay an extra 15, i said but the prints are completed , he said yes but he cant give them to me unless i pay an extra 15 for a rush fee for any jobs over 49.99, so i have to wait until tomorrow even though they are ready. I have never seen a business that you have to pay extra if you spend more money. I will take my business elsewhere where they want more business.

I've seen FedEx's exceptional performance during these times as part of my job, so I decided to rely on them for personal use as well. Went to the store an hour before closing. Store was in excellent condition - spotless, stocked, orderly - and the agent made me feel welcome. She was fast, professional, and delightful. I purchased both envelope and shipping, and I received assistance through the process. Extremely satisfied. I was amazed that at the entrance they have not only hand sanitizer, but even disposable masks as a courtesy. This is beautiful - going the extra mile for customer's health and safety. Thanks for all you do, guys!

I love Kinkos because usually I print big templates for my job. But in this time I went to this store 20 minutes before they close and this guy "Zeke" had a bad attitude because I told him that I needed to print something big. Also he was charging me 41 when I usually pay 10 for each file I print. Terrible customer service by him.

Extremely non professional behavior by some employees. I'd rather not take names. I was sending in documents today and I was at the receiving end of an extremely non professional employee. You think that physicians would be treated with a bare minimum modicum of respect but they treat you as if they're doing you a favor. I'm not sure what warranted this behavior but it was very reminiscent of a superiority complex. I hope they introspect a bit.

Could I put a zero star review? RUDEST STAFF. I am not one to complain, I’ve worked in so many different places and this is just another level of “customer service”. It’s like they go out of their way to not help. They kicked me out at 0759 when they close at 0800 and I was clearly struggling with printing one paper due to THEIR printer errors. Zero help, 100% rudeness. Never coming back here again even though it’s walking distance from my apartment.

We waited in line for our turn. Everyone was OK with it. They took people as fast as they could. We had room to stay 6' apart.
