I wouldn't go there even if they offer me free services, that's how bad it has been. I am saying this after multiple experiences. I have this place within walking distance from me, but I got to a FedEx which is 7-8 miles from my place whenever I have to. It is giving me no pleasure writing this review, but I want to save other people from going through what I did.

Need to wait for long time and can see only 1 staff and when more people came the staff knocked the inner room door and more staff came out for assistance. Never seen anything like this . USPS are better than private players. Very frustrated.

Horrible. Horrible. Negative stars. Went to send a package (self packaged with bubble wraps) with a prepaid label. Representative said package has to be a hard box or he cannot send it. He said I can buy a box for 6.99 when I have a prepaid label, which did not make sense because I received this in a soft package. Went to Walgreens near my house instead and sent it without a problem. Will never go back to this place.

Horrible customer service, Jason the store manager and his associate were hostile and almost yelled at me saying what do I want and they're about to close and hurry up! Really? Then close half an hour earlier if they don't want people ten minutes before 6pm.

They were rude and very incompetent. I want to give a 0 (zero) star for the kind of customer service provided today by the three employees Kamil, Shermain and the store manager Jason. With so many complaints in these reviews, FedEx needs to do something about this location. Went right across the street to UPS and they were excellent.

0 stars. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff, with a minor exception of the branch manager. Will never, ever set foot in that place again. I prefer to drive few miles, than deal with people like that.
