John at this store was an absolute joy to work with. We printed out the programs for our wedding this week at this store and we couldn't have been more pleased with the service. John was able to help us format the programs for printing, worked with us in superb patience as we made last minute changes to the print job, and was just all around friendly and kind. I've always relied on this chain of print copy places to take care of my small back office needs. The only difficult thing as of late is the fact they have modified their hours, and most locations are may not be open in the early morning hours like they used to be. I came in today right in the middle of the afternoon, and there were hardly any customers inside if the store. That being said, it looked like they had enough employees on hand to help out customers. I didn't need human help today because zi only needed to print out a couple of things. The self serve copier and primer worked as expected, and I was out of the door in less than 30 seconds.

My wife and I live nearby and use this office for shipments we must sign for. Huge advantage over UPS who only deliver to the house and, if we aren't home, take our shipments to distant terminals for pickup. We've consistently had great experiences with the staff at this Fedex office. Friendly, efficient, helpful One team member brought my shipment out to my car today to help maintain distancing. Much appreciated.
