I ordered my prints before Valentines Day and completely forgot about them! I only remembered because they gave me a phone call reminding me I had them there which was very kind. I went to pick them up today 3/24/21 and Lawerence was the one who checked me out and he was such a kind guy. Thank you so much for such a good experience and not being upset for me for picking up my prints so late! You guys are awesome! ️

Very busy place in the afternoons but I think the staff does a good job handling all of the traffic. Always easy in the mornings when you go here around 8 am. My only suggestion to management is to have another hand or two during peak hours in evening rush hour.

Lawrence saved me! I needed a big project printed last minute. The earliest time available online was 9:30am the following morning. He got in done in 20 minutes and I was able to pick up same day. He also guided me on the phone with reformatting for optimal printing. Truly above and beyond! Unfortunately I do not live in NJ otherwise this would be the only place I took my business for all printing needs.

Terrible experience. They seem understaffed and the new hires are untrained. I had some documents to ship and the guy at the counter literally tried to push the paper down the envelope wrinkling it. He did not know how to create shipments. The manager Gary was also very unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. I asked information on return labels and the manager won't even listen and he was rushing and shouting around. I wanted to check my package but he would constantly interrupt , shout as if he's the one paying for the package. My documents were going to be torn because of untrained person at this location who removed the sticky tape from the envelope and the document got stuck. I hope the owners take notice of the poor management in this place and atleast arrange proper training for the staff.

Had to print an email today. There was a young man at this location, named Jonathan , who was so helpful, pleasant, but most of all patient . What a breath of fresh air he is. Keep up the amazing customer service

I normally don't write reviews but woman who works on the print side asked if anyone needed printed labels it was a long line I walked up to her showed her my phone with print confirmation and she said still waiting for it she had no line. I went back in line gentleman said oh that's the print side and had to assist her. Everyone makes mistakes but she accuses me of not giving her the code when I showed her at first she didn't even bother to look and yells at me like I stole something. Very unprofessional

Normally I dont write bad reviews and I thought about it for a few days but right is right and wrong is wrong. I just moved to this state from Tx after working covid as a Nurse Im trying to get use to the differences whether good or bad and I had been using this store to print off shipping labels of all kinds for the past few weeks on most occasions a few of the staff men and women have been helpful all while smiling but this past wednesday a man named Gary who had helped me before I guess had some supressed feelings on me paying for printed shipping labels due to it being a hassel..I should have picked up on it before because on a prior visit he had asked if staples or UPS could print these for me hinting for me to go elsewhere..I jokingly told him no and he printed them off charged me I went on my way but after wednesdays visit I wont be back. I saw Gary and stated I have 2 today I guess I need to eventually get a printer..ha.."Well youre going to have to do something because we cant keep doing this, We are going to have to do something about printing these shipping labels (4 labels) for you whether its charging you more or you putting it on a flash drive because this is such a hassel even though you send it to our email we hv to download it place it in a file then print it" I told him I didnt know it was such a bother. "Yea well I know you didnt know so"...I was almost in tears after everything he said. His badge also stated he had been a team member since 2003, I was appauled I paid and I wont be back..welcome to New Jersey I was told...

Excellent service during the height of COVID-19. I showed up with equipment to be returned to a service provider and the folks in this location helped me print my shipping label and box all of the equipment while being extremely friendly and considerate the circumstances. I was given a receipt with a tracking number which helped me ensure the package made its way back to the service provider and I wasn't charged for any late fees!
