I love to support local businesses and I have ordered multiple times in the past 5 years but the last time was the worst. I had ordered boxes for my products and was told they would be there in 10 days. I called three different times after the 10 days and was met with nothing but confusion and a very laxed attitude to my problem. I thought that I would have been a valued customer at this point I have spent thousands of dollars there. I explained so many times how I needed them yesterday and I just wanted to know when they were going to come. They ignored me, pretended that they were coming, and seem perplexed as to the whereabouts of my order. The long short of it is they do not value local customers or businesses. I ended up ordering on amazon. I was paying 3.50 through them but a short search later I found them for 1.35 per box and they were literally delivered in 2 days! I order hundreds of these boxes so it’s a win win. Screw your guys

I don't have a lot of experience with this company. I can say that each time I have purchased packing peanuts for the business I work at, Anderson employees have been helpful & polite. That's what big plus in my book!

Better use another supplier. They have a bad temp/employment practice. They advertise fulltime positions when they're really needing temporary help. This is probably why your orders are wrong insufficient training.
