Poor customer service. After getting help with a certain part needed, it turned out to be the wrong part recommended. Realized immediately upon getting home and without even opening package that it was the wrong item turned right around and attempted to exchange. They absolutely refused to exchanged the item that with their supposed expertise they said was what I needed.

Disappointed in there return policy. I bought a part and didn’t really check on the connection points. I was told of their no return policy but I had old part with me and I feel that they work with these products day after day and should be able to pick the difference right away and advise the customer. I got home 10 minutes later and immediately noticed the difference and called right away. I was told that it was up to me to pick the right part. In my opinion, just terrible business practice but never will go there again. In fairness, they were very courteous.
