They sent me information in the email before my appointment to help me find the place easier. Had no trouble locating the building. The lady who took my fingerprints was very nice and knowledgeable. the whole process was smooth and fast. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Also if you want to reach them by phone, there's always someone there with helpful information.
