Very warm and welcoming establishment. The two women behind the counter were just as sweet in person as they were over the phone. They were able to give me clear guidance on what I needed to bring beforehand and what times of day were the least busy to save me some time. The gentleman in charge of taking my finger prints was very thorough, professional, and genuinely pleasant. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quick and stress free process.

They helped me right away and made the fingerprinting process painless and quick. He did my fingerprints perfectly on the first try and was so thorough with making sure I had everything correct and that my fingerprints were protected for mailing. I would definitely go here again in the future.

Came in on a Saturday, called ahead also. Each time was greeted with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jenny Tran did my fingerprints for my RN License for Alaska and was very friendly, thorough and welcoming. I think her husband works with her- he was quiet but also friendly. I can't imagine these 2 not giving good service like the other reviews suggested. I wish I would have found them before tracking down a separate notary and passport photo because I would much rather have given them all my business. I'll definitely go back if I need them again!
