We have used the curbside pickup several times over the past few weeks. The orders are ready quickly, the store communicates well as far as status of the order and the delivery employees are friendly and helpful in loading the order. Another thing I like, the delivery people ask for ID - that protects me. I have tried to tip the delivery people, but they have refused to take it. Will use it again.

I had an excellent experience today! My cashier Sophia was very helpful and even commented on my Grandma's cookie purchase. I really appreciated being treated with respect. I am a disabled amputee that felt like a human being in Home Depot today. Please continue to employ such wonderful human beings! Blessings to you all

The staff is great! I was getting a water heater, I located it easily. But needed help to load into a cart, the first team member to come by offered his help. So I got all cashed out and asked for assistance loading it, the gentleman who helped get it on the cart called up front and a young man was waiting for me. He was so incredibly kind! I wish all places were as orchestrated and keyed in on this amazing customer service.

Found everything i needed with a little help. But their self check out is a joke. There's nowhere to sit your things you scan. Piled mine on the floor. Should get a discount for doing their work for them.
