You're here because you want someone else's opinion on this dealership...The short of it is this...you're in good hands and ask for Joshua. The longer version is this, I was born and raised in SC, but recently found my way to CA. Back home in SC, my lovely mother was in an accident that left her previous vehicle totaled putting her in the market for a new Nissan Rogue. Josh helped me find her the exact vehicle that she wanted, and allowed me to coordinate arrangements from all the way out here so that my mom just needed to show up to sign the papers and take home her new dream car. The best part is, they offered a price worth driving all the way from Columbia to purchase!! The icing on the cake was that my mom had nothing but the best things to say about both Joshua, and 5-Star Nissan. Another happy customer (practically 2 in this case)

My experience with this dealership has been nothing but stellar from beginning to end. I was experiencing transmission issues while visiting Florence, SC. Since my car had been recently serviced by the dealership in Columbia on Two Notch Rd, I contacted them and they would not help me in any way. All I wanted was for them to at least make contact with a dealership close to where I was in order to have the car serviced. I was told that they couldn't help me and couldn't call the dealership in Florence. I was able to get the car to the nearest dealership, which was this one and they immediately began to assist me with my issue. Chris, the mechanic, was able to diagnose the issue with the car and also found out that my transmission issue was covered by warranty!!! They provided a loaner car for me to get back to Columbia while they worked on my car. I got a surprise birthday song rendition from William once he realized my birthday was the next day. To make it even sweeter, Chris drove my car back to Columbia for me to my house to make sure that the car drives with no issues. This has been the best experience I've had and I'm contemplating by passing the Columbia-Two Notch Rd dealership altogether and sticking with Florence. Thank you, Chris and William and Staff for your kindness and concern in my unexpected car troubles. You were the light for me that day and made this whole situation more pleasurable!
